How do I place an order?
You can place a retail order using our internet web store or contact one of our Maradyne dealers using our dealer locator. You can also contact us directly at: (800) 403-7953.
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept Mastercard and Visa.
When is my credit card charged?
- An authorization on your credit card is placed for the amount of the order at the time of order creation against your available credit limit. When the goods are shipped the actual charge is sent to your credit card bank. The authorization when the order is placed is NOT a transfer of funds but to reserve a portion of your overall credit card limit.
How is my order shipped?
- All orders are shipped via Fed Ex, pre-pay and add.
- If you have and account with Fed Ex or UPS we can ship collect, billing your account.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Order confirmation is sent to you via e-mail, upon shipping. This confirmation and a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address used to create the order, when the order is shipped.
Can I modify my order after it is placed?
Yes, but orders can not be modified on-line. Please call customer service at: (800) 403-7953 to modify an order. Please have your order number available when calling customer service.
There was an error in my order. How do I correct it?

My order was damaged in shipping. What do I need to do?
- Please refuse any orders with obvious damage.
- If you have accepted the order and later discover the damage please contact our customer service department immediately, at: (800) 403-7953. Please have your order number available when calling customer service.
What do I do if my product is defective?
- Please contact the dealer that you purchased from for warranty and replacement consideration.
- If you purchased directly from Maradyne HP, on our web-store, any defective merchandise covered under the Maradyne warranty may be returned with a return merchandise authorization.
